We just love this…

Being part of a new way to build in NZ is a very exciting journey. Over the past two weeks of winter frosts and snow, we have received unsolicited testimonials from some super happy clients living in and/or building with Porotherm Clay Blocks – this is so rewarding for everyone involved and confirms our belief in the performance of this amazing product.

The testimonials we want to share with you this month start with an amazing shot taken in Queenstown’s first CLIMAmur Clay Block home… “snow on the ground… cosy inside, sun on the walls…” read more. We also visited a Porotherm Clay Block build halfway through in Cambridge. The Internorm triple glazed joinery is all but completely installed – a max/min thermometer says it all. From the Owner: “I set it when I left the house in the evening, it was 11.3 degrees in the morning with only sun on the walls…” see more. Most timber frame homes begin to lose indoor temperature within half an hour of heating being turned off.

We are passionate about building in NZ using durable, sustainable and 100% natural, high-performance materials. With rising costs and now concern of availability, tanalised timber waste being dumped in the landfill – this is a real alternative for NZ building, our living experience and environment.

We are also excited to share a few images of the latest addition to Wienerberger’s amazing range of Beautiful Brick. The Danish range of Egernsund has some of the most gorgeous colours and textures, very unique!

If you want to talk to us about building with Clay Block or Beautiful Brick – we would love to hear from you!

Our very best to you in building for the future…
