October Newsletter – NZ Projects Coming to Fruition

We are very excited to bring you updates on some of our NZ projects in this newsletter…

In Queenstown, the CLIMAmur Clay Block project is now complete – designed by Ponting Fitzgerald, we have loved watching this beautiful home go up.

Taupo’s POROTHERM Harakeke home, designed by MacPherson Architecture, had the roof panels craned in last week, instantly giving us a sense of the volume & space within the modular walls. Please see our article on LinkedIn as to why concrete roof panels are such a great idea and more cost effective than you think!

As usual TERCA bricks take the limelight – here we have showcased two projects: Kerikeri and Hamilton.

We have so many gorgeous projects taking shape around NZ and look forward to bringing you more updates next month. Our annual price rise comes into effect at the beginning of January 2021 – if we are currently working with you on your project and you would like to order before the end of this year, please let us know.

Our very best to you in great design and beautiful quality building materials.
