Just to say a big thank you to everyone who has supported and worked with us this year. We have had some great successes and equally great challenges – as we all do every year!
The year has finished for us on a high note having the Export Director for Wienerberger from Belgium spend 5 days with us in New Zealand. Stellaria is thrilled to be ranked 6th in Wienerberger’s global export market for TERCA facing bricks! Their uniqueness and integrity makes it a great pleasure to promote.
We are excited about the future of all Wienerberger, Internorm and BOEN products in NZ as we receive constant enquiries for performance and durability of building products – which goes hand in hand with the quality…
Thank you also to the many architects we have presented to this year – we really love this part especially sharing our passion for the Porotherm Clay Block construction system in NZ.
In this newsletter, we’d like to show you a few pics of Peter’s trip to NZ from Belgium and the NZ projects we visited and let you know of our new CLIMAmur and Argeton pages on the website to help you find everything you need to know over the Christmas break.
PLEASE NOTE: we have a new price increase for January 2020 so if we have been working with you on your project, please let us know if you would like to place your order before then – we’d love to hear from you!
Our office will be closed for Christmas and we re-open on Monday January 13th. Please feel free to email us with any enquiries you have during the break – we will get back to you!
Have a wonderful and safe Christmas!
From The Stellaria Team
Gordonton TERCA project
Peter was blown away by this beautiful home and absolutely inspired to complete the Wienerberger International website to include some of our fabulous NZ projects. Bruce Turton has built this home with an incredible eye for detail & perfection…we are thrilled to hear that the ordering and laying process was made easy for them by the Stellaria Team! For more beautiful photos, visit our website.
Indoor outdoor flow…
Bronwyn Turton of Turton Oliver Interior Design has a beautiful eye for texture, tone and bringing together the natural elements in this truly gorgeous home. Beautiful timbers and brick are perfectly complimented to achieve timelessness and elegance in their home.
Congratulations to The Scentre Group on this great success story!
As we wandered around the rooftop of the Westfield shopping centre in Newmarket it was wonderful to see TERCA Rustica Oud Beauvoorde brick being used in so many different applications across the shops and cafes. The atmosphere is reminiscent of Europe with tradition and a ‘sense of place’ beautiful clay brick creates – especially when we are relaxing and eating out…
The creative use of the brick to define individual cafes and shops was absolutely fantastic to see – at every corner there was another surprise!
Plastering is underway – Four Paddles Guest House at Karapiro
Roger and Jana Laxon are creating an incredible home for their family and fabulous guest house accommodation on the banks of Karapiro River. Porotherm Clay Blocks, breathable plasters and solar power off the grid! This is a story we are very excited to tell…
The Karapiro Main House roofline is absolutely stunning!
The roof is a stunning feature of the home – subtlety lifted, we can see the elegance and presence already – even in this raw Porotherm Clay Block state…
Last visit – the Karapiro Boat House
The beautifully lime plastered walls by NZ Surface Finishes using EzyMix plasters is amazing! We can’t help but touch the smooth, glass-like finish and feel the coolness of the solid Porotherm walls underneath. The fresh fragrance of the interior is a testament to the breathability and naturalness of the walls. Well done to Jo & Jon Leigh Lakeview Lodge – you have done an amazing job!
Upstairs in the BoatHouse
A sincere and heartfelt thank you to the amazing clients and friends we have had the absolute pleasure to work with and be around this year…your belief and vision is shared…
